Valet parking was not available upon arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunway Resort Hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even surprised us with a lovely birthday cake for our son! The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice hot shower with great water pressure. Plus, being connected to Sunway Pyramid made dining out super easy.

The staff was friendly, especially Sutha, the concierge, who went out of his way to teach us how to use the local rideshare app when our phone was acting up. The kids couldn't get enough of the water park. They spent hours there while my wife and I relaxed by the pool with a drink.

Room was good.

The pools and theme park are very nice. The kids loved the mini wet park and slides! Our room offered a fantastic view of the rides. They even surprised us with chocolates and a fruit basket upon arrival.
